Experience of Niyo

Niyo seems to be like a company with good offering to make travel easier.

Having said that there a a huge number of issues with Niyo team which brings down their credibility.

In my experience - 50% of my transactions failed. No reason provided. They cal it a tech glitch. Since the other 50% went through it was still manageable. But in case you reach out to their customer service team through chat, they are really really bad. They have no idea of what is happening and they keep you hanging for each time wait period being 40 minutes plus and no resolution.

it is worth paying more to get better response and reliability.

Niyo experience is world class bad.
