Do we get OTPs only on mobile while transacting with Niyo Global DCB Debit card in Azerbaijan?

Does the international transactions in Azerbaijan requires OTP. This is w.r.t to Niyoglobal DCB bank debit card. Also if the OTP is required, do we get them on email as well as phone or only phone.

The objective of the question is to understand if we will need to enable international roaming or not.

For transactions related to POS and ATM withdrawals, an OTP is not required for the Niyo Global DCB Bank debit card in Azerbaijan. However, for ECOM transactions, an OTP will be triggered and sent to both your email and mobile number. This ensures you receive the OTP even if international roaming is not enabled.
