The Debit card Provide by niyox It’s doesn’t support international usage , so it’s not useful more for few many people’s .
so please try to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Hello @AbhijitPradhan . Firstly, welcome to Niyo community. International transactions are supported in VISA Platinum Debit card. To enable international transactions, you’ll have to manually enable the option to perform international transactions under card controls in NiyoX mobile app and set the limits manually under card limits. After this, kindly reach out Equitas Customer care at 18001031222 and inform them to enable international transactions to your debit card.

PS: Standard markup charges of 3.5% + 18% GST apply.

But sir kindly check your self because i already enabled every single option in niyo x app’s debit card limit option but still i can’t take any subscription in any international platform like YouTube Premium and Netflix subscription …so after that I just installed equitas mobile banking app and when I checked that the card limit options and i watched there an notice - this card can not be used for international usage . If you and your community have any doubt please check your self .
And because reason of i am writing my reply on after 3:00 pm that’s why the reason i can’t gave you any screenshot because NetBanking service is not available in equitas app after 3:00 pm today …

Thank you sir for your reply and support but still i allready contacted with the customer care service executive of equitas but they told me this card is not eligible for international usage , so it’s a small request from me sir please fix this issue as soon as possible because it’s not proper service .
