I have not used my Niyo SBM credit card since last year and I don’t see my FD amount as well. It says the FD is withdrawn which I have not done. Can you please assist me for further actions

If your Niyo Secured Credit Card hasn’t been used for transactions in over a year, it may have been surrendered due to inactivity.
