Cannot add my Niyo global card on apple pay

Hey. I want to add my niyo global card on apple pay in UK. Since my Indian number does not have range here, the delivery agent cannot deliver my card in my hometown cos he I dont get delivery code . So i would like to add my card to apple pay but it doesn’t add. Can you please suggest what can i do.

Hey @Aayush_Jain! Currently, we do not have the facility to add the card to Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. We understand that you are unable to access your registered Indian number abroad. To receive the OTPs on it, you may have to activate it. In future, if you wish to Reset the Niyo Global app password, the OTP will be sent only to your mobile number. Therefore, it would be helpful if you can activate it.

Please note that, at the moment, Niyo cards aren’t supported on Apple Wallet.

We understand this can be inconvenient, and it’s something we’re actively working towards improving. Thank you for your understanding.

Niyo Global cards currently cannot be added to Apple Pay. You’ll need to use the physical card or Niyo app for transactions until this feature is supported in the future.
