✈️ Booked a Flight with Niyo? Share Your Experience!

Hi,

I’ve shared my complete experience with booking flights through Niyo earlier, and you can read all about it here: My Niyo Flight Booking Experience. :star2:

I wanted to share some thoughts/feedback regarding the flight booking experience through Niyo.

The zero convenience fee and the ability to redeem Niyo Coins are definitely standout features. If you have a good number of Niyo Coins, it’s a great way to save on domestic flights, often bringing the cost of a ticket down to under ₹10,000.

However, for international flights, especially those priced over ₹40,000 (like the Delhi to Johannesburg flight I was considering earlier this year for ₹45,000), the savings with Niyo seem to be limited. For such flights, you’re primarily saving on the convenience fee (around ₹999) and from Niyo Coins. When I compared this with other platforms, I found I could save around ₹5,000 using bank offers or approx ₹3,000 using coupon codes available to everyone.

Additionally, I noticed that partner offers and direct airline promotions can play a significant role in saving on international flights. Airlines often provide exclusive discounts on some merchant websites, and partner deals can also offer substantial savings.
Also, I have noticed that the availability of flight options from different airlines is relatively limited on Niyo, which can sometimes restrict the choices for travelers. Expanding the selection could definitely improve the experience.
While Niyo is fantastic for domestic flights, I’d recommend exploring ways to enhance savings on international flights, possibly by integrating more offers or aligning better with airline promotions/bank offers.

Thanks for the great features so far, and I look forward to seeing how Niyo continues to improve the flight booking experience!
