Balance not getting updated in the application

@SuryaK.inc Hi any update on the issue, its tuesday today, still cant send money from niyo upi, but can receive money

In the meantime, we request that you use the fund transfer option within the app or use other UPI apps for your transactions. We’re sorry for the delay. We tried calling you but couldn’t connect. Please try clearing the app data, reinstalling the app, and then using the Niyo UPI option again—it should work now. Do let us know once you’re able to send money. If the issue persists, kindly share a screen recording so we can assist you better.

@SuryaK.inc unfortunately its still not working, and i dont think it will work even after reinstalling the app, there is an issue with niyo upi, why cant your team look into it, if you cant handle a simple upi payment then why integrate it on the app? it would be better if i just leave this app and use any other upi app, terrible services you guys provide

@SuryaK.inc Hi, whats the update on the ticket, the issue isnt solved yet, man your service is really pathetic asf, i am going to switch to fi money if you dont solve the issues asap, you guys arent competent enough to even run UPI services on your app, how can you run a bank, going to close my bank if the issue isnt solved within 2-3 days
