Balance not getting updated in the application

I have transferred 5000 to my account but still not able to see the balance in the application…can you please fix this so I can order the card

We also recommend clearing the app cache, reinstalling the app and checking again. Additionally, you can download your statement from the transactions section for a detailed view of your balance and recent transactions. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

The account balance shows 0. whereas according to the statement there have been no transactions to that effect and the statement shows a positive balance.
