I opened account with niyox and did my full kyc. i added some funds and did few transfers . after some days when i checked my account, I came to know that some amount of Rs. 5843 has been on hold . I checked on equitas net banking and saw the same. I raised a ticked on niyox app , they told me to contact equitas customer care . I contacted then and they told me to visit the nearest branch. The nearest branch is around 18km from my place. Also i am covid positive , hence my health is not okay , so i cant travel to bank. i dropped mails to both niyo and equitas but didnot get any reply. I have opened account with niyo and so niyo is only responsible to resolve my issue . please look into the matter and follow up with equitas and resolve my issue on priority basis. Since my health is not good , I am in need of funds. So please do the needful. .
