Transaction declined by bank

Hi,

I have balance of 5k and my card is unlocked, but whenever I do domestic or international transaction, I get error saying transaction was declined by the bank.

Domestic - tried to add money in Paytm wallet.

Hey make sure that you have enabled online and International transaction.

Do let us know if you were able to the transactions after enabling Online and International transactions as suggested by @Arun_Kumar
