Niyo SBM Tap & Pay Limit Increased to ₹25,000 – How to Update in App

Hey everyone :waving_hand:

Here’s a quick update for those using the Niyo SBM Debit Card:

You can now set your Tap & Pay daily limit up to ₹25,000 directly from the Niyo app!

:wrench: How to update:


Open the Niyo app and go to:
Card Settings → Card Limits

From there, you can set your preferred Tap & Pay limit (up to ₹25,000).

:memo: Note: The new limit is live, but it won’t update automatically.
It will still show ₹5,000 by default until you manually change it in the app.

:police_car_light: Key things to know:

  • This update is only for Niyo SBM Debit Card users (for now)
  • Daily Tap & Pay limit: ₹25,000
  • Max number of Tap & Pay transactions per day: 5
  • Max per transaction: ₹5,000
