I am facing the same issue. I had completed the VKYC and got the email from SBM bank about the KYC approval. However i am still not able to enable the international transaction on the NIYO APP.
Tried contacting both Niyo and SBM but no resolution till now.
I understand youโre having trouble enabling international transactions on your Niyo card despite completing the VKYC process and receiving confirmation from SBM Bank.
Please note that after completing the VKYC, the activation of international transactions on your debit card is processed in batches by SBM Bank. This means it may take some time for the international transaction feature to be enabled on your card.
Keep an eye on your email for updates from SBM Bank, as they will notify you once the international transactions are activated.
