Yes, the card should work in Iceland.

Niyo card is giving us so much of problems with only 50% success rate in Norway. And most of the places here do not accept cash. Same place where Niyo translation gets declined, other bank card goes through

Had we not kept a backup option, we would have been in serious trouble. How good is such a card!!
