You should be able to access the airport lounge facility using your Niyo Global by SBM card. We aren’t sure why you couldn’t access it and we are sorry about it. Would you mind helping us with a few details so that we can have this investigated from our end?

  2. Airport Longe Name
  3. Terminal Number
  4. City
  5. International/Domestic
  6. Date of visit and time.
