How to reverse TCS charged?

I spent X amount on an online merchant in USD - I see that I have been charged TCS - although my annual remittance is less than 700000. How do I get the TCS reversed?

If you haven’t exceeded the limit of 7 Lakh, the TCS will be reversed to your account within 10 business days. For further help, you may reach out to Live Chat Support through your Niyo Global app.
