Can someone simplify the new TCS rules for me?

Can someone simplify this TCS rules for me?

I currently work and live abroad. I am using Niyo global SBM Global credit card. If I use more than 7 Lakhs per Annum, Will I have to pay TCS?
If Yes, and I do not have any tax liability in India, Am I eligible to get a refund?

Hey Hisham!

Thank you for your inquiry.

Please be informed that when utilizing a Niyo Global credit card for international transactions, no TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is applicable even if you exceed 7 lakh on international spending. Credit cards are exempted under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS), allowing you to continue using your credit card for international expenses without incurring any TCS charges.

Should you have any further questions or require additional information, please feel free to reach out.
