Emails to @goniyo.com from @protonmail.com are bouncing

Since the Freshdesk Live Chat doesn’t have the option to upload PDFs or other file formats, the only way to reply to tickets with documents is by email.

Emails from email provider protonmail ( @protonmail.com ) are blocked by Niyo’s Google Workspace rules and hence legit privacy centric customers of Niyo cannot interact.
