Does Niyo Global Debit card Lounge work On Pune and Lucknow Airport’s Lounge, ?

When checked with Niyo Support they say Domestic Terminal Lounge are removed but I see posts where users are able to use in Domestic Terminal Lounge.

Hence wanted to know the real life situation.
