I have added 50000 to the niyo global account but the balance amount is not being updated in the app. I have been told that I won’t be able to use that amount. This is causing inconvenience. Please fix this issue asap

I added 50000 to niyo account 6hrs ago but the balance in the app is not updated yet. I am told that I won’t be able to use this amount till it shows in balance.
