Worst onboarding service ever

Worst onboarding service ever faced in my life. Its been 6 days since video kyc and still account is not opened yet… Reaching out to customers care daily since last 3 days and they always have same answer me " Please wait till today evening. Account will be created"

To onboard a customer if you take this much time , not sure gow much trouble you will give once customer is Onboarded and need some help…
