How did you get the Rewards and Referral page. For me it is not visible at all.

I am running the latest version of the app from the Play store. I checked again today. I am running version 1.0.29.

Hey @iamtheanon . As you’ve mentioned that you’ve the updated application, could you please go to NiyoX and click on “Menu” from the bottom toolbar and you should be able to see “Refer & Earn” option in there. If you don’t see it, I request you to please follow the below steps and it should work just fine:

  1. Clear the app data and uninstall NiyoX app.
  2. Reboot your device.
  3. Install NiyoX from your device’s app store and Sign In.

Tried all the steps and this is what I still get. Please check from your end as well once or if there is anything else to be done.

Hey Gaurav! Please rest assured, the refer and earn program is not launched for all the customers yet. We are still in the process of making it live for all the customers and you should be able to see the option soon in your application as well. LK
