Kuwait has also formally extended its Tourist Visa policies to all the GCC residents. By August 2025, the expatriates in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, or Bahrain will be able to receive a visa on arrival or an e-visa, irrespective of their profession.
Kuwait Visa Requirements:

GCC Residency: Should have a 6 months duration.

Passport: It should have a validity of at least 6 months.

Health Insurance: Insurance is compulsory to all the visitors (as of late 2025).
