Niyo Now Offers a Lowest Price Guarantee on International Stays
We introduced Niyo Hotels to help you book international and domestic stays with smart savings and a smoother experience - all from within the Niyo app.
Since launch, we’ve seen community members use it to book great stays around the world - like @thegirlfrombombay’s booking experience, where she saved 20% on her stay just by booking through Niyo Hotels.
And now, we’ve added something new to make your bookings even more worry-free.
What’s New: Lowest Price Guarantee (International Hotels Only)
If you book an international hotel via Niyo and later find the exact same stay on another authorized online platform at a lower final price,
you can claim a refund of the price difference — up to ₹5,000, credited as Niyo Coins after your stay.
💡 It’s not a promo code or cashback gimmick.
It’s price protection - even after you book.
Why this matters
Let’s face it - hotel prices can vary across platforms, and you’re often left wondering if you overpaid.
With this feature, you don’t have to:
Compare endlessly across apps
Second-guess your booking
Worry about hidden fees or inflated prices
Now, when you book via Niyo, you know you’re either getting the best price - or we’ll match it.

A banner while reviewing the itinerary
Green label near the price summary during confirmation

Found a lower price after booking? Here’s how to claim
If you spot a lower price for the same stay within 12 hours of booking through Niyo, follow these steps:
- Email us at rateguaranteeclaim@goniyo.com
- Use this subject:
International Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee Claim
- Send the email from your registered Niyo email ID
Your email must include:
Personal info:
- Full name
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email ID
Booking info:
- Hotel name
- Room type
- Check-in and check-out dates (min. 2-night stay)
- Number of guests
- Total amount paid
- Niyo booking ID
Screenshots of the lower-priced offer (taken within 12 hours):
- Hotel name, room type, guest count, dates
- Final payable price (incl. all fees/taxes)
- Payment method and currency
- Platform name and visible timestamp
Claim Eligibility — At a glance
The competing offer must be an exact match:
- Same hotel, room type, and bed type
- Same check-in and check-out dates (minimum 2 nights)
- Same number of guests
- Same cancellation policy or more flexible
- Same inclusions (breakfast, amenities, etc.)
- Same currency and payment method
- Final payable price after all taxes/fees
The following will not be considered:
- Platform-specific promo codes, wallet cashback, or coupons
- Corporate/group/loyalty/member-only rates
- Travel bundles or packages
- Offline or “Pay at Hotel” bookings
- Cancelled or no-show bookings
- Claims sent after 12 hours of booking

Refund will be processed after successful hotel check-in

Refund will be credited in Niyo Coins (valid for 3 months)

You’ll receive the lower of:
₹5,000, or
2x the price difference (e.g., if the difference is ₹1,000, you’ll receive ₹2,000 in Niyo Coins) — capped at ₹5,000.
Claims are reviewed within 96 hours, and refunds (if approved) are processed within 72 hours after check-in
Offer Validity
- Valid for all international hotel bookings made via the Niyo app
- Bookings made on or before 31st July 2025 are eligible.
- Niyo may extend, modify, or withdraw the offer at its discretion
