Can we register for NiYO Global SBM card without PAN?

My parents do not have a PAN card. Can i create accounts for them?

To onboard for Niyo SBM, a PAN card is one of the mandatory documents. We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to onboard your parents for Niyo SBM if they do not have a PAN card.
