Can i use the Niyo Global Eqitas Card in Vietnam? I have checked which countries accept your global card facility on the application for Vietnam it is not available. Can we activate that if yes so how? if No so could you give me some suggestion for card so accordingly i can do the ATM Withdrawl, Online payment and other thing there.
