I have visited Bangkok multiple times every time when ever I visit I stay there for a minimum of 4-5 days longest stay was around 8 days I have never got bored of Bangkok. Travellers should enjoy the nightlife. But as I am vegetarian I dint find good food compared to non veg. But mango sticky rice is very nice other than that I used to have fruits and sandwiches from 7-11. And if we come to currency and stuff I dint convert any currency from India I had used card payment in maximum of the shops and had withdrew money from atm it was cheaper compared to exchange, withdraw max possible amount in one transaction so the fees will be lower I use this technique every time I visit bangkok for their currency.

It’s best place to visit with friends as well as solo. I had visited once with friends and other visits were solo I have totally travelled to Bangkok 5 times till now in that 1st visit was with friends and all other visits were solo.

And the people are very calm and supportive.

For transportation use bolt or grab app it’s like ola or Uber in India. Be careful with TukTuk people.

Places to visit:

Iconsiam, river cruise, tiger park Pattaya, cabaret show, Khaosan Road, Chatuchak Weekend Market, MD 82 cafe, Pattaya, manhattan skywalk, MBK mall, terminal 21.
Overall experience is very nice and I love to visit that country very often

Hello guys, I’m planning to travel bangkok on 6th to mid of month. I wanted to know, how is the weather going to be there? How many days of rainfall is expected and the duration of the rainfall? It would be great if anyone help me with this. Thank you!

Hello Lohith,

I have just returned from Bangkok. To be honest, it was raining heavily. The weather is unpredictable. Sometimes the rain ends in one to two hours, but sometimes it rains all day. Make sure to carry an umbrella and raincoat. Also, if you are planning to visit King Power Mahanakhon, the open area and glass slide will be closed during rain. But if you have booked a ticket, you can always reschedule it if it is raining. The staff there are super helpful. We did the same on our trip. Also, at Safari World, you may not be able to see some animals, like orangutans, if it is raining. But you can still explore wearing a raincoat.

Thank you so much for answering. Out of 10 days, how many days can I expect full day of rainfall?

In my case, it was an eleven-day trip. Five of those days were in Bangkok. One day was fully rainy while we were at Safari World. All other days it was occasionally rainy or not at all rainy. If you are a person who love rain, you can definitely enjoy it. Because except for that one day, the rain didn’t ruin our trip.

Other than Bangkok, we also went to Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, and Phuket. There was very little rainfall compared to Bangkok. We weren’t affected by rain there.

All I can say is, it depends. Hopefully, rain won’t create a problem for your trip. Looking forward to hearing about your experience in Niyo soon after you return from Thailand.
