Recently saw a Notification as well as a Banner Ad that said ₹2000 cashback upon Spending ₹6000 on Amazon Prime Day in US and Canada.

Cannot find a way to look at the terms and conditions of this offer, customer support is unaware of any such promotion. Please help with the confirmation of the offer and terms and conditions link (if any)

This offer is applicable only for selected set of users who have received communication from our end.

The terms and conditions are as follows:

  1. Do a transaction of ₹6k on Amazon US/Canada on 12th and 13th July and you stand a chance to win cashback up to ₹2000
  2. Cashback will be credited by 30th July 2022.

The ad never said it being a contest and terms & conditions were not attached with the ad banner. Sadly users who went ahead and did the transaction (like me :frowning: ) have been left feeling cheated. Surely can’t trust any more offers coming from Niyo so easily.
