Zerodha 3-in-1 activation failure

Hi

I am trying to get my Niyo IDFC account linked with Zerodha. Though I am able to view my Zerodha holdings on the IDFC internet banking page, my PoA is getting rejected by IDFC, because of which I am not able to perform hassle free fund transfer.

The reason being given for PoA rejection by IDFC customer care is that Niyo IDFC accounts do not have a tie up with Zerodha.! Only normal IDFC accounts do.
Kindly clarify on the same please.

Hey Aaditya, as of now, Niyo IDFC FIRST bank as it is not listed in their records. So Zerodha is not accepting investments from Niyo IDFC FIRST account. We request you to please use any other account. SR
