I was facing DCMS ERROR 370 since August 28th & didn’t receive the debit card as well. It wasn’t rectified until I did following process.
I have found a workaround for this. I have followed below steps and BOOM!!! It worked for me!
Register for Internet banking in IDFC First Bank website.
Apply for Niyo IDFC Debit Card through IDFC Netbanking under debit card section.
Alas! DCMS ERROR 370 is resolved. Now you can activate all the features of Debit card in Niyo App + You will get debit card delivered within a week depending upon your location. (I received it in 4 days.)
NB:- This may not be the official solution for this issues from Niyo. But it worked for me.
