I registered for account creation about 15 days ago.
I have emailed Niyo multiple times.
Why hasn’t my account been created?
I am travelling abroad on August 16.
Would I receive my forex card by then?
Is there an office in Bangalore where I can go and get it done physically?

Inconvenience regretted! A few users are facing this issue while onboarding for Niyo SBM. This has been highlighted to our team and they are working on it. Unfortunately, we do not have a tentative timeline for it. We’ll reach out to you upon receiving an update on this from our team.
