Why am i not able to create my qccount my ckyc is already updated

The onboarding for Niyo SBM is based on CKYC. It looks like you haven’t met the required CKYC onboarding criteria due to which you couldn’t proceed further. You may have to connect with your bank or investments platform and update your CKYC details and then try for onboarding. Kindly note, that the CKYC type should be NORMAL.
