Wealth account created but account not active

It’s been more than 2 months since wealth account has been created and till now the account is not active
Please do needful to solve this issue.

We are sorry for keeping you waiting! The onboarding for Niyo SBM is based on CKYC. When our system tried to fetch your CKYC details, it showed that you have got an OTP Based e-KYC and the year is 2020. To onboard for Niyo SBM, the CKYC type should be Normal. Therefore, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot onboard you for Niyo SBM as of now.
You may try NiyoX which offers a 0 forex mark-up for international transactions like Niyo Global by SBM.

I tried to open NiyoX but that’s too is not opening
It says the name doesn’t match in adhaar and pan card.
Can you please provide the email id to contact NiyoX
