Hey niyo team I want to close my bank accounts DCB bank and SBM bank which are Niyo global accounts

My SBM bank account number : 20012521985555

My DCB bank account number :

03814600231923

Please kindly close both of my account as I have already sent mail to both of the bank and I have sent all the documents asked but they have not closed it
