Is there any charges on Niyo global virtual debit card after 1st year ?

If i have niyo global card and I am not using it so how can I close Card for avoid annual charges on card?
Hey @Dheerendra_Kushwaha! The virtual card will be active for life from the time you’ve opened your Niyo SBM account. To do PoS and ATM transactions, we recommend you order a physical debit card.
There are no annual maintenance charges for Niyo Global by SBM debit card. Therefore, you need not worry about the annual charges.

As I talked to customer server at Niyo, They are saying Virtual card is valid for lifetime, not just one year.
Can we have more clarification regarding this , preferably in written conditions ?

This post says from second year onwards Rs 499+ taxes is levied as charges for physical card. Is it true or not?
