My account has full kyc etc, i have ordered a physical visa plat card aswell from niyox. Until my card comes i wish to use the virtual card and also unlock some of the card channel’s like international transactions. I am unable to unlock virtual card international channel even though i have already ordered my physical visa card. The app always says something went wrong please try again.

Please note that you won’t be able to use your virtual card to do International transactions. You need to wait for the physical card and then you should be able to. LK
