I am unable to process the video kyc step for the investment account. Please help

As of now we don’t have video KYC however it’s in our pipeline and will be live soon
I activated my investment account yesterday. It was pretty easy. Just uploading pan card,signature, Aadhaar card details were taken from digilocker and a selfie.
I thought I would connect to an agent during video KYC but not…there were some random numbers displayed to read and record the video. That’s all.
