Upi problem more then 3 day

I am enter right upi but error show samthing Wong and I face this problem more then 3 day

Meanwhile you can use the IDFC FIRST mobile banking app or Netbanking to make any NEFT or IMPS fund transfers and IDFC BHIM UPI app to make any UPI transactions. We appreciate your patience.

Can you tell me expected time resolving this problem I have no problem for fund transfer I cant unlock my card without upi pin
Anyway to unlock your card without UPi pin like mobile banking

Sorry Jack, as of now, there is no alternate way to unlock the card. However, the team is working on this on top priority and the issue should be sported by 30th December, 2020.
