It says to contact home branch for auto mandate is it mandatory now to visit the branch, it was very buggy on iOS while applying.
Try going on investment>more>bank&autopay…I’m sure you’ll be able to set up auto pay and be able to enjoy the new “invest the change” feature
But if the problem persists…raise a ticket or get in touch with customer service I’m sure that they’ll sort it out and you’ll have the need to visit your branch
