The agent assigned to me called and due to some reason we both were not able to hear each other’s voice. And didn’t care to call me a second time. I can’t call him cuz it’s a One way number.

The customer care number was provided and I received the pin today, so I’m trying to call it but its saying the pin number is wrong. So what am I supposed to do?

It’s been a month since I’m scheduling, rescheduling , filling a stupid Form, reporting this issue then repeat.

No agent is calling or showing for the KYC.

Please fix this issue. My account is linked with this email and mob.

@Bansari I too have the same issue… request to check and take action to fix this. Also it would be lot better if it specifies the actual reason for delay

@Bansari : Seems like Equitas enabled Video KYC. Can you please let us know whether Niyox will also be updated if I do Video KYC with Equitas.
I have already rescheduled 5 times still not done, so Video KYC seems to be better option.

but can you please also answer my question whether I can proceed with Video KYC of Equitas or not and If I do will Niyox also gets updated and will I get the debit card from Niyox and other benefits
