#Unfreeze my account

Hello fellow users I have a quick question

So my account got frozen and I emailed them to unfreeze it and they want a declaration form but the sentence at the last is creeping me out I mean if my answers are not satisfactory then am I gonna loose my account and money by the way they froze my account because I did “multiple transactions”
