Unable to setup autopay for invest the change

I want to start the “invest the change” option and for that autopay must be activated but unable to do that through Niyo app as it is failing due to some glitch at Niyo’s end.Also, did not receive any answer by live chat option just getting bot replies. Writing for help after trying multiple times.Kindly help.
