Unable to receive OTP for debit card transaction

I am currently outside India and my Indian mobile number is not working. I have not received any mail (in spam as well) for OTP. What can I do?

Hey @Prabhav_Jayaprakash ! Sorry, we missed your post. I’d like to inform you that we’ve enabled the OTPs for ECOM transactions via Email Address. Please make sure to check the SPAM folder too.


I have tried to make a transaction today as well, but the problem persists. I received no OTP in the email, as well as the spam folder. Please look into the matter.
