Unable to open account . Details mismatch

Hi Team,

I am unable to open an account as it says that my Name in the Documents don’t match. I have opened accounts with other banks using the same details and PAN is also linked to Aadhar. Is there any way this could be done manually ? Could you please check regarding this ?
