I am trying to access my card through niyo global app and niyo web (using mobile number).
The app keeps crashing saying Oops! Something went wrong!!! (Tried re-installation and clearing of cache data)
The web application also seems to misbehave, showing the following error message

I have received a mail stating that Niyo Global App will undergo scheduled maintenance from 12.30 AM - 4.00 AM (IST) on 16th of February. We can’t sign in to the account at this time.
Maybe because of that your login failed.
