Unable to add beneficiary to Niyo SBM account

Hi Team Niyo,
firstly I would like to let you know that you’ve been proactively doing fabulous job since last few months, and you deserve every credit for it!!!
I’ve opened a SBM account (20011021126383) couple of days back but unable to add a DBS bank beneficiary to it. Kindly help :pray:t3:
