Unable to add account to upi

Hi i have niyo global account. I tried adding my niyo account to google pay and samsung pay app.

For both of them i get an error. Attaching the error i got on gpay. I followed the steps given officially by niyo. And i get this error as soon as i select bank name.
I have only 1 mobile number. And i don’t understand why my mobile number is not detected in upi registration. Please help.
