Unable to activate Tap & Pay feature

Hi,

I’m unable to activate Tap & Pay feature. Whenever I try for it, an error message “Card REISSUED with new Card Number” is popping up!

Similarly sometimes ATM Withdrawal is failing. Showing as System Error.

Kindly resolve the issues ASAP!

Even I am facing the same issue while activating tap to pay. Have whatsapp’ed them the screen shot.
