Unable to access Application pdf doc on email

Received application pdf but not able to open because its password protected. No mention of password in email

The password for Equitas Account Created Successfully mail will be your first four letters of your name and your date of birth in ddmmyyyy format .
for ex : name : naveenth and DOB : 01-07-1998 , Please try nave01071998
