Dubai (and UAE) is one of the most popular travel destinations for Indian tourists! Only a few hours away by flight, affordable tickets and a straightforward visa process make this an easy choice for most first-time travellers. But as always, it is very important to check the visa regulations before planning a visit to this country.

This Dubai/UAE Tourist Visa for Indians thread is specifically to share latest and accurate information about the United Arab Emirates tourist visa as applicable to an Indian passport holder.

**This is the current visa rule (as of July 2024):**

- Indian passport holders can apply for the tourist e-visa either on their own or via multiple authorised agencies. This evisa is issued for a stay of upto 30 days.
- At immigration, upon being stamped in, it is best to verify the visa date and stay duration allowed as per the visa stamping in the passport to avoid exit-related issues while departing from the country

**Processing time for the visa:**
Usually within six business days

**Cost of the visa:**
INR 5,850 (plus agent’s fees) - please check applicable proce based on which sponsor you are using to apply for the visa

**Immigration requirements:**
At the airport, seaport or land border, present the passport to the officer along with any additional documents sought (such as accommodation details, exit flight details, etc.) to obtain a visa entry stamp for upto 30 days
