new to this. did a few transactions but the app showing nothing except a balance update?
Tried to raise a ticket from the app - it said unable to create ticket?

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused. 
Currently, a few of the services are under maintenance from the partner bank’s side. Due to this, you may not be able to view all your transactions on the App or your statement at the moment.
Rest assured, we’re on top of this and will resolve this as soon as possible.
Also, kindly share a screenshot of the issue you’re facing while trying to create a ticket for us to take it and have this checked for you. We really appreciate your patience!
