Tried to raise a ticket from the app - it said unable to create ticket?

Currently, a few of the services are under maintenance from the partner bank’s side. Due to this, you may not be able to view all your transactions on the App or your statement at the moment.
Rest assured, we’re on top of this and will resolve this as soon as possible.
